Will you work with my attorney if I have one?

What if I need a rental car after an accident?

We understand the frustration of being left without a vehicle after an accident. Collision Solutions will utilize all resources in order to obtain a rental car for you. We have several service providers we can utilize, as well as work with your insurance if you have coverage, we will also work with the other parti’s insurance in setting up a rental if they have accepted liability.

How do I locate my vehicle if it’s been towed after an accident?

Collision Solutions utilizes a few websites to obtain the information necessary to locate your vehicle. If you have your VIN number, you can use the search feature in autoreturn.com in order to obtain the information you need to locate your vehicle. We utilize this information in order to recover client’s vehicle to bring to our facilities so we can process the property damage claim with their insurance.


How do I know if my vehicle is a total loss?

Collision Solutions along with our network of body shops and inspection facilities will write an estimate to give you an idea if your vehicle is potentially a total loss but ultimately it is up to the insurance company handling the claim to make that decision and how they will move forward. But once they have come to that determination we will continue to assist through this process providing the information you need to finalize the processing of your total loss.

What if I don’t agree with my total loss offer for my vehicle?

If you are working with your own insurance you have more flexibility when it comes to your total loss offer. See our advanced service tab for more information. When dealing with another parties insurance you are at the mercy of the other parties insurance. That is why it is important that you carry your own policy.

What if the other insurance company delays or denies my claim?

Now matter how clear the evidence may be that the other party was at fault some insurance carries will delay and sometimes even deny liability for the accident. It some cases it is best to utilize your own insurance as to not delay the repair process. If you do not carry collision coverage for your vehicle you will have to wait for the other parties insurance to accept liability or pay out of pocket for your repairs. Once
